Energy Healing is designed specifically to your needs at the time and it works on multiple levels - mental, emotional, etheric and physical body. Each treatment is bespoke and your experiences will vary from treatment to treatment as you progress on your healing journey. This session is designed to support you on your awakening/ascension journey. We will look at your programs, conditioning and outdated beliefs and work to shift them and create space for new things to come in. During the session we will also activate new codes within you and you will be given tools to assist you along along your journey.

Re-alignment session creates a safe space for your healing journey, whether  you've been doing it for years or only just starting.  During this session I will use a variety of techniques depending on your personal needs at the time. We will start off the session with a short consultation to determine the areas of difficulties in your life and what is blocking you from moving forward. We will also look at outdated programs/ mindsets to break through them so you can move forward on your journey with more ease. Some of the techniques used will include massage and energy work. I will also provide you with different tools to help you alongside. Please note sometimes it may take more than one session to bring you to alignment. This session is to facilitate your own healing journey.

Dreams Workshop where we explore different types of dreams, the dreams language and the importance of dreaming. We will also look at decoding our dreams and improving our sleep so we can more easily remember what we dreamt.
